OUR HISTORY
Casa d'artista is so called because it was the home of the Alassian painter Maria Teresa Preve and today it exhibits some of her most beautiful paintings, inspired by the colors of the world that has traveled far and wide.
The artist has exhibited in many galleries in as many countries and today we wanted to remember his work like this, making it live for anyone who will stay at his home!
Casa d'artista is, however, even more, it is our family home where we grew up, between the scent of salt that enters from the windows mixed with that of grandfather's pipe, and the soothing sound of the waves at night.
The warmth of the summer evenings and the liveliness that can be glimpsed in the people while enjoying a walk along the seafront.
It is the house of a lifetime of your host Emanuela Preve and that of the grandparents for the two daughters Eugenia and Virginia, is a riot of happy memories of times in which she was animated by the lived life of a family that could not be said to be large but still bubbly and noisy and we will always be happy to let you empathize to the point that you too feel a little 'at home!
